Courier Marketing was set up for couriers by couriers, with a background in both the courier and
marketing industry we found that although there were plenty of guides to help you set up, there was
no backup and support to get you started. We originally started to service established couriers and help them grow
their business by obtaining new customers and growing existing accounts. With our courier and marketing knowledge this
has become the recommended site of all up and running owner drivers and courier companies looking to increase their customer base.
We were then approached by a number of our members to re-write the book on "Becoming a Courier", their views on the current guides that were available was that although some were very informative, most were mis-leading and a waste of money. So we set out using ours and our members experiences to write not one but a number of guides that would give honest and informed advice on how to enter this industry. We also wanted to provide information on growing and developing your new business, something these other manuals did NOT cover.
Next we wanted to make these manuals as accessible as possible, people thought that if a book was expensive it was obviously good !! So some people were willing to spend £30+ to get what was often outdated and useless information, so we set our pricing structure low to allow access to anyone who just wanted to find out more about this industry, before they made a decision.
